Hi, I realy like your app, it works great!

There is one thing, that makes it it harder to use for my use case:

When I open markdown file and close it it will be renamed based on H1 title.

This may be usefull for some cases, but in my use case it creates a mess in existing filenames. I'm using Notelane for review and editing of Markdown files in my git repo and filenames should stay unchanged (I'm using GitSync app to clone/sync the repo to iPhone filesystem).

If there would be an option to preserve filenames it would be great.
